The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has prepared a Draft Baseline User, Wildlife and Habitat Study for the Forest Preserve District of Will County Properties in the vicinity of the proposed Inaugural Airport Program (IAP), South Suburban Airport. The objectives of the Baseline Study are to establish user reference datum, to establish monitoring protocols and to develop methodologies for determining impacts attributable to the proposed South Suburban Airport.
